Can I buy a paid plan now?
No. Paid checkout is disabled during beta. You can create a free account; the proposed capacities above are not yet the account limits enforced in the workspace.
How does annual billing work?
The proposed annual total is 10 times the monthly price, paid upfront for 12 months. That is 2 months free. We show both the total and its monthly equivalent, rounded to two decimals.
Which contacts count?
Each unique active subscribed email address counts once per workspace. Unsubscribed and suppressed addresses are excluded from this proposed measure.
Is VAT included?
EUR, excluding VAT; annual subscriptions billed upfront. Applicable tax will depend on the customer and final billing setup.
Does Free include branding?
Yes. The proposed Free package keeps smartest.email branding. Paid-plan branding terms are pending.
What about Growth features and add-ons?
Growth has the capacity listed above; its additional feature entitlements are not specified yet. Dedicated sending IP add-on pricing is pending approval.
